Terms and conditions of use

1. Delivery

• Please check your swing on arrival, you must state if you have damaged goods to the delivery driver. Otherwise, we cannot process a claim.
• Any damages or missing items we must be notified within 48 Hours of taking delivery. Please ensure you take photos of the damage before the swing are removed from original packaging as this is proof of product arriving damaged and will enable us to process the claim immediately.
• Once swing has been removed from packaging, we will not take responsibility for any damage.

2. Installation

• Swing always comes with heavy duty metal ring dedicate to our swings. These are rated at 1866kg breaking load. So the safe working load is 373.5kg for each ring. Thats mean we always thing about your secure.
• You need to get the hooks by your own dedicate to your ceilling type (you can get it from our website or you can get elswere.
• Once a product has been installed, we do not accept any returns. You or Your Installer Must take responsibility for installing the swing.
• The rope is always make to measure but you can always make it shorter by your own.

3. Fabric

• Indoor

We use the best quality of fabric in Easy Water Clean Technology, it's mean the fabric is secured by special coat which protects the material so that any spilled liquid forms into drops and does not penetrate into the fabric. Our fabric are easy to clean just with dump cloth.

We have got many colors and types of fabrics available but if you cant find your dream color or structure just let me know I am sure that I can get it for you :).

• Outdoor

For outdoor swings we use Sunbrella Fabric which is the best quality outdoor fabirc. All Sunbrella fabrics are manufactured with Color to the Core™ technology. This proprietary process means each foundational fiber is saturated with color and UV-stabilized pigments. Once saturated, the proprietary fiber is spun into yarns which are then woven into our long-lasting performance fabric. Color to the Core™ technology ensures years of beautiful living with color that stays true over time, maintaining the strength and integrity of the fabric through years of cleaning, wear, and exposure to the elements.

Sunbrella performance fabrics are easy to clean while maintaining the strength and integrity of the fabric. We call it worry-free livability. Many performance fabrics are simply regular fabrics with a protective surface finish. Complete performance does not rely on a finish which can wear off. Sunbrella engineers performance into the core of each fiber, including stain-resistant technology.

 

4. Seat

We use special foam which is dedicate for seats its mean it won't be deform and is flexible.

 

5. Wood

We always use Hard and Solid wood (not glued pieces) thats why our swings looks so natural not like kitchen worktop.

 

6. Care Tips for Outdoor Swings

• The swing is for outdoor use but we STRONGLY recommend to use ROOF ABOVE to cover the swing fully from strong sun and rain. Otherwise we do not take responsibility for any damages. This is natural product and even the best top layers can not secure the wood from sun or rain damaged.
• If you do not use the swing you should always covered it to protect wooden base as much as it is possible.
• Rope – it is also natural product and after few years (depends how often you use it) should be exchange for new one for safety reason.

 

7. Children Safety

We are NOT responsible for any harm sustained while your child is using this swing. Please use it gently,  pushing only! NEVER LEAVE YOUR CHILD UNATTENDED WITH THE SWING.
